This is a school quality improvement program targeting all stakeholders in a school’s management: teaching and administrative staff, students, and communities. Customized and focused on each school’s prioritized improvement needs, it provides training and development for the principals and teachers, plans student exchanges and study visits, and furthers the students’ confidence in the use of spoken and written English language in the class. USP has initiated several unique programs to enhance performance and sustainability. Its flagship program, Principal Mentoring, creates a forum for principals to share ideas, set up support groups, and promote growth and healthy competition among USP schools.
