On June 20, 2006, the Sampoerna Foundation and PT. Danareksa Persero signed an MOU for Internship and Alumni Recruitment Program. The Foundation’s Program and Alumni Affairs, Eddy F. Henry, signed on behalf of Sampoerna Foundation while Alloysius K. Ro signed for PT. Danareksa Persero. The event was also attended by Marketing and Communication Director, Sapto H. Sakti and Lin Chi Wei, Danareksa’s Chief Director.
; "Click to see real size") Lin Chi Wei, Aloysius K. Ro, Eddy F. Henry & Sapto H. Sakti Eddy F Henry gave the opening remarks and continued by Danareksa’s Executive Director, Alloysius K. Ro. Ro claimed that the Management Trainee Program in Danareksa consists of trainees with profound knowledge. Therefore, he expected to see this program enhancing the trainees’ capabilities in becoming Indonesia’s future leaders. The signing was ended by a humble speech from Lin Chi Wei. Wei claimed that his goal and dream was to invest in Human Resource. For him, the most important agenda is how to develop the Human Resource Quality in Indonesia, so everyone can think ahead for the welfare of this country. Wei also mentioned one of his ideas on how to improve the quality and capability of Indonesia’s human resources through The Management Trainee Program where he also took part in teaching some of the classes.
Both Danareksa and Sampoerna Foundation hope to deliver positive changes and impacts to the betterment of Indonesia’s human resources quality. For further information regarding SF internship program, please contact:

Several Sampoerna Foundation’s alumni, who already joined the Danareksa’s Management Trainee Program, also gave testimonies of their experience during the program. They are Novrita Endah Putrianti (Alumni of the 2002 intake for National Undergraduate in UGM), Muhammad Yanuar Pranuardhi (Alumni of the 2003 intake for National Graduate in UI), Umar Abdullah (Alumni of the 2002 intake for National Graduate in UI) and Yahuda Nawa Yanukrisna (Alumni of the 2004 intake for National Graduate in UI). All of them expressed their appreciation and said that the program is very challenging and interesting. In addition, as the continuation of this program, Novrita Endah Putrianti will be sent to Vietnam to undergo special training.
