TEACHER INSTITUTE TEACHER INSTITUTE (TI) The Sampoerna Foundation Teacher Institute (SF TI) works closely with educational authorities, school foundations and individual schools to improve the learning outcomes of young Indonesians by focusing on the most important resource in the classroom: the teacher. As a private teacher institute in Indonesia, it hopes to be an agent of change to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. SF TI has delivered workshops, seminars, in-house training and Teacher Principal Sharing Network (TPSN) for approximately 3,000 teachers and principals all over Indonesia. 1.
