We might conclude as well that their main selling points are their professionalism; which might not always relevant with a clean, honest personality with anti-corruption integrity. Third, many applicants capitalize their self-acclamation concerning who they are and their personalities. Many of these candidates failed upon verification.  Fourth, those having good integrity, clean and honest are unwilling – or very few - to apply. They are afraid to be cheated in the dirty selection process. Usually, people like them always have other better things to do. Such a rare persons are needed everywhere, not only in state commissions of institutions.
