Social Assistance from BTN on its 58th anniversary

Jakarta (Kontan: (12/02/08) To show its gratitude and appreciation, Bank BTN which celebrates its  58th anniversary invite orphanages and homes for the elderly to a reception held in its headquarters.  BTN also provides assistance for environment improvement as part of its social concern. “This is in line with BTN’s mission to support the community,” said Bank BTN President Director lqbal Latanro. lqbal has handed symbolically the assistance to the community organization at the Puri Husada Housing complex in Gunung Sindur, in Bogor, West Java. This is part of the company’s CSR programs aside of scholarships for debtors’ children channeled through the Sampoerna Foundation. “There are many things that we want to do to make BTN Bank useful for the community," Iqbal said. At the occasion, Bank BTN also offered special Platinum Housing credits with annual interest rate of 5.8%. The low interest rate is applied for one year. This program in run in cooperation with developers for application submitted before February 28, 2008.
