The Sampoerna University (SU), as the second component in the “Pathway‐to‐Leadership”, is designed to be a microcosm of an American university. The ultimate goal would be to establish a university that becomes, by the World Bank’s definition, a world‐class higher education model for Indonesia that with best practices and a strong Indonesian‐international faculty would accommodate young visionaries and potential leaders the basis for them to positively contribute to society and economic development, after they graduate.

But, instead of growing this institution organically, it would be much faster for it to have a consortium of world class universities each (or in concert) acquiring a sizeable equity investment stake and management lead in the individual school disciplines which reside under the PSF university umbrella.

Mission:

• To operate, and expand the existing campus and operations of the SU.

• To partner up with world class Universities who would (singly or in concert) take a major stake and lead management role in the various schools under the SU umbrella.

• To collaborate with Bait Al Kamil and Koperasi Mahasiswa in the design and implementation of Fund Raising activities for student loans.

• To conduct Donor and NGO relations and communications

• To conduct Partnership Schools relations and communication

• To continue to diligently develop and enrich SU systems, protocols and the student sub‐culture
